| Abstract: | Law enforcement is the activity of translating into action the abstract stipulations of legal norms in force, by law subjects. There are the following forms of law enforcement: the respect of prohibitive norms, the performing of onerative legal norms, the exerting of subjective rights and applying of legal norms. Law enforcement principles are placed in the legal consciousness of legal norms addressee, especially in the legal consciousness of law enforcement agents. The law enforcement principles are based on general law principles and are expressed in different material and procedural branch law principles. The value of law enforcement principles is expressed in strengthening the legal system and legal discipline. |
