Abstract: The General Theory of Law is a course taught at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, full-time and part-time study programmes at Law and Public Administration specialties, first year of study (Bachelor) and also at Business Law (120 ECTS) specialty (Master). The General Theory of Law is a basic, compulsory, and introductory course unit which initiates students in the field of science of Law. The unit approaches the bases of global legal science about state and Law, a science that is a subsystem of the system of legal sciences. The General Theory of Law offers students theoretical and general knowledge about juridical phenomenon of the society.
