| Abstract: | Intellectual potential is the major making component of human potential of enterprise. Intellectual potential must be exposed with the purpose of forming of intellectual capital. Researches of potential must be conducted within the framework of calculation of indexes: coefficient of analytical thought, coefficient of professional qualities, coefficient of education and self-education, coefficient of innovative capabilities. The calculation of coefficients is needed for the calculation of competitiveness of managers of enterprise. |
