dc.description.abstractThe Strategic Approach of Firms in a Competitive Environment. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of the strategic approach of firms in changing environment situations. The paper presents the benefits of strategic planning, the levels of the strategy and their content, as well as the main areas in which firms should manage their strategies. In the article it is proved that strategic approach should be embedded in the organization in such way as to maintain flexibility and alertness, and ensure that it can be controlled and managed. The author suggests that a multifaceted approach can facilitate the strategy implementation process.en
