Abstract

Transition period of economics is also named a changeable period. Naturally, that economy changeable is a part of deep and principal changes in society – in political and administrative statement, in social sphere, in ideology, in interior and exterior policy. In this range economy morphin has one of the central places, because successes and troubles of economy reforms in a huge degree make social and political situation in whole.
