| Abstract: | Questions about the role and importance of small and medium business for the economy of the leading industrially developed countries are examined. Analysis and evaluation of small and medium business functioning in present economic conditions of the Republic of Moldova are given. Role of the state in formation of favourable business environment and evaluation of the state small business support programs implemented in the Republic of Moldova are characterized. Evaluation of business associations’ activity directed to small and medium business support, as well as their role in the processes of the European integration are given. |
