dc.description.abstractBalti University Library collection was complemented with a new private collection „Dan George Dimitrescu” in 2014. The late owner of rich and varied collections graduated the Faculty of Instillations in Bucharest. He worked as an engineer before leaving for Sweden in 1988. Before his death, he wanted to donate books that accompanied him throughout his life to a university library in Moldova. Destiny brought his collection of 2608 documents in 2578 titles, including 1774 unique items in various languages (Romanian, English, French, German, Latin, Italian, Spanish, Russian).in USARB Scientific Libraryen
