| Abstract: | This paper describes the receiving-measuring complex for Doppler oblique sounding of the ionosphere and the results of the first data processing. The complex is located in the city of Balti (47.75° N, 27.92° E) and is designed to study the propagation properties of decameter radio waves in the ionosphere. |
