| Abstract: | Securitization operations open up new horizons for financial institutions, especially for credit risk management and for its customers, interested in reducing the cost of used credit. Development of asset securitization in Republic of Moldova is a precondition for the development of both the national banking system and the economy as a whole. The relevance of the chosen theme is that securitization is one of the most effective mechanisms for attracting of financing and opening for credit organizations access to unlimited resources of national and international financial markets. |
