Abstract

Events of beginning of this century caused significant changes in the security environment, that have brought significant changes both for the global economy and the Republic of Moldova. In our opinion, adequately assess of security threats and formation an active state, society and individual positions, oriented on risk reduction is one of the major policies of the state. Therefore, assurance of national security must be realized using a complex analysis, objectives and anticipation threats in all fields, including field of labor migration. In order to neutralize negative effects and increase positive effects of international labor migration it is necessary to use the arsenal of government regulatory policies of the process, for developing best practices used by several countries.
