| Abstract: | In this paper we present a study on the involvement of young people in business. For this purpose we performed in-depth interviews with young people develop their own businesses and recorded successes. Results of the research allowed the identification of specific characteristics in the field of business activities developed by young people in Moldova. We have developed recommendations for motivating young people in order to launch their own businesses. |
