| Abstract: | The present information begins a series of articles that will give some ideas about the problem of gifted and talented kids in the U.S.A. This first one relates about two organizations: The National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and International Society for Music Education (ISME). In conclusion, the authors propose to create an organization for music education in the Republic of Moldova, to join ISME, to open a branch of ISME in Moldova and to participate actively in the field of music and education (on the international level). |
