| Abstract: | The paper presents a retrospective analysis of online social networks through which USARB Scientific Library promotes informational offerings. It was investigate social media use among students and teachers staff and it affects communication with the library, the degree of satisfaction with the services offered by the librarians. In this study, university users completed a questinnaire which assessed their use of social media, comunication skills with university library, relatives and friends. |
