| Abstract: | The research is evaluating the quality and timeliness of the collection, in relation to the needs of its users, circulation of documents, or excessive gaps, providing graphics and integrity of publications. Also allows us to improve the loan activity of publications, recent and retrospective acquisitions. To 01. 07. 2011 Office collection numbered 51 300 documents, from which were subject an investigation 441 titles in 105 copies, what is 2,2% of the whole collection, 62% of scientific papers and 38% from the teaching staff segment. Eight subdivisions the violin compartments has been investigated. |
