Abstract: Sociological Studies in the Scientific Library USARB are an indispensable source of information about the librarian environment in a form that it is reflected in the minds of users. This information (opinions, suggestion, assessments, statistics, dissatisfaction ) are absolutely necessary to form new policies in order to preserve all that is good and to create a prospective model of University Library capable wherever to satisfy the diferent needs and requirements of users Reader's voice is important for dynamic and innovative approaches to library services, diversifying and expanding their culture, to make them understand the opportunity and the value of the library in the process of training, research and culturalization.
