| Abstract: | This article describes methods / forms of staff assessment of Scientific Library of “A. Russo” State University from Balti in the period of 2008 – 2010 years, showing the results obtained in comparison with the objectives and preestablished requirements and provide managers to judice how effectively the employee performed its bonds of function. |
