| Abstract: | In this paper are presented the thoughts of a manager about the bibliographer librarian work. To be a good librarian means, also, to dispose of personal style inventory which if it is not improved, makes the art of its management and, when it is improved the science management. Nowadays bibliographers share thier experience and focus on the impact of traditional and new forms of their work. |
