| Abstract: | In the present study is investigated the relationship between user and librarian. A librarian should be aware that the relationship with the user represents a core component of her/his labour. When dealing with users is extremely important human aspect. Communication with users are based on the ethical aspects of librarian qualities. He must combine the qualities of the psychologist and educator and is obliged to know each individual user. A librarian is a promoter of spiritual values and an initiator of cultural relations. |
