| Abstract: | In the article is described Open Access movement reflected in specialized periodicals The Library, Bibliogical Confluences, BiblioScientia, BiblioPolis. Open Access Initiative was launched in 2002 by the Open Society Institute, Budapest, and supports the free movement of information and ideas. On October 21, within the Senate of the University Library, Elena Harconiţa, Library Director has initiated the creation of the institutional repository (annals, materials of conferences, doctoral theses) which would ensure open access for all users to scientific products. |
