This article is dedicated to the research of the law as a social dimension, indispensable attribute of the society, in the context of general theory of systems (GTS). The law, from the GTS perspective, represents the law of composition of social system through which the class of basic restrictions for certain types of behavior of the subject of law (persons, social groups, organizations, etc.) is established. |
