| Abstract: | The changes recently made in the paradigm of education have brought new perspectives regarding the integration of university graduates into the labor market. The approach focused on capacity building, scientifically validated evidence prompted us to tackle the issue of developing students’ skills needed in order to integrate into the dynamic labor market. |
