| Abstract: | The article deals with the politics of Open Access in University Library, the creation of ORA of the USARB. ORA - OPEN RESEARCH ARCHIVE of scientific documents,educational and regulations were developed by teachers and librarians of „Alecu Russo” State University of Bălți. The structure of the Archive were elaborated on DSpace platform, and includes Institutional Collections, the Scientific Library collections, USARB Faculties, USARB history and management. The documents placed in a Repo-sitory is based on the Regulation on Organization and Operation of Institutional Repository ORA - USARB, approved by University Senate meeting. |
