This article describes the results of experimental investigation on stress factors at work in the medical environment, as well as the results obtained from the application of the complex test to determine the extent of stress to health care professionals. The data obtained on examining the medical staff of the Department of surgery lead to the conclusion that, both doctors and nurses (which is important), are exposed to significant stress agents that leave a mark on their personality, character, mood, physical and mental health, productivity, and work capacity.en_US
